Project Description

Defensive Handgun: Use of a Flashlight

Details

The proper application of a light source is crucial when identifying a possible threat to one’s safety in less than ideal lighting conditions. In this course our SRR instructors will teach the student multiple techniques and tactics to safely utilize both hand held and weapon mounted lights.

Students must have taken SRR Defensive Handgun One, prior private instruction, approved firearms training from another organization, or demonstrated proficiency to attend this class. Due to the nature of the class a holster is required, if the student does not have a holster that will fit a weapon mounted light accommodations will be made to ensure every student receives the entire block of instruction.
